Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips, careful not to overheat the chocolate chips. Stir in vanilla. Add the cereal and stir until well coated. Add powdered sugar and shake (in ziplock or covered container) until each piece is covered.
You can use gluten free chex mix and allergy free chocolate chips to make this an allergy-free snack!
