Saute onion in olive oil with anchovies, olives, capers, and garlic until translucent. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce with herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce reduce for about 20 minutes. Be careful not to let it reduce to long or you will have to add water. Then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 30 minutes. Finally, add in red pepper flakes, cheese, and lemon juice. Serve a top your favorite pasta or just over chicken breasts.
