In a saute pan, heat the coconut butter to melt then add the garlic. Sprinkle the flour over the top and stir until combined. Slowly whisk in the soy milk and continue whisking until mixture begins to thicken. Add sauce to the vita mixer along with nutritional yeast, spices and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Adjust flavor as needed. Add this to your favorite salsa, pour over veggies or use for a sauce over rice.
