Suggest a better descriptionThis recipe lets you get creative. You will need about 2.5 cups of "other" ingredients to make 12 muffin cups.
My favorite combos are:
Above with parm and roasted red peppers
Bacon, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and sharp cheddar
Sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, green onions, mozzarella
The basics:
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
3. Whisk eggs and cream together.
4. Add 2.5 cups of other ingredients.
5. Bake for 20-25 mins or until center is set.
I cool these, put in fridge and reheat for 30 secs.
