This crust has the ingredients to make its own thin crust. Super easy and fast when you have company. And delicious!
In a large bowl, place melted butter and blend in flour until mixed well then blend in the 6 eggs. The ingredients of your Quiche is entirely up to you. Just replace my 1 cup cheese one cup ham for anything of your choice. I've also made turkey and spinach with feta. Its fun to try new ones and company loves them!
Pour your Quiche into a 9 inch pie pan and cook at 375 for 20 minutes. (sea level) you can check if its done by sticking a tooth pick in the middle, if comes out clean, it's ready.
Make it with your favorite ingredients!
