1. Par-cook the pie crust per manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
3. Take the cooled pie crust and layer with caramelized onions, cooked diced bacon and shredded Swiss cheese.
4. Top with egg mixture and bake at 375° F oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the center comes clean when poked with a knife or skewer.
