Chill pie shell (or use frozen pie shell). Cook and drain bacon and let cool. Combine bacon, cheese, and drained corn and spread evenly over bottom of the pie shell. In a medium bowl, beats eggs with the evaporated milk, salt, and pepper to create a custard. Pour custard over the bacon-cheese-corn mixture. Dots with bits of butter. Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let quiche cool and set five minutes. Cut and serve.
