Easy prep, about an hour to cook. This is for two quiches but will have enough meat and veggies for an extra quiche.
1. Preheat the oven and cook the crust.
2. Prep veggies- Wash and dice.
3. Brown and drain sausage
4. Combine sausage, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, and spices.
5. Spoon into crust and top with 1c of cheese
6. Combine milk and eggs, beat until foamy. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
7. Season
8. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
