Really easy and delicious crepes. Perfect with fruit filling and icing sugar
Mix flour and salt in a bowl
Add eggs and milk and whisk until combined
Pour enough batter into a hot fry pan to cover the base of the fry pan
Once the crepe is dried through, flip it over.
Removed once cooked to desired consistency
Fill with fruit of choice, roll up and sprinkle with icing sugar
