Easy to make delicious granola bars
Combine granola, walnuts and fruit in a separate bowl and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small pot simmer over medium heat the honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon for one minute. Combine the mix with the granola in the bowl. Put in a non stick pan and bake until granola is a golden brown ( about 10-15 mins) Let cool completley before cutting.
