A great quick and easy ice cream pie that is so delicious for all those coffee lovers!!
Place the softened ice cream into a chocolate prepared cookie crust and spread it out evenly.
Place the Heath Bars into a sturdy plastic bag and close securely. With a small kitchen hammer or small instrument, break the Heath Bars into small pieces.
In a small bowl, mix the whipped cream and liquer and then spoon thee mixture into the crust. Sprinkle the Heath Bar pieces over the whipped cream, then freeze for 2 or more hours.
Let sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour before serving.
