Place chicken breasts between waxed paper sheets or plastic wrap. Pound to even ½” thickness. Combine paprika, thyme, garlic salt and red pepper; rub over both sides of chicken.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4-5 minutes per side or til chicken is no longer pink in center. Pour any juices from skillet over chicken. Serves 4
