Seasoning is good for everything from fish and shrimp to thin pork chops or tenderloin, and chicken or turkey cutlets.
Mix all ingredients together, yields about 1 cup. Rub about one tablespoon on each cut of meat, cover and let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill or pan sear until meat is cooked through. Spice mixture can be kept in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
