Easy, quick, one pan dessert.
Slice apple very thin into large frying pan with 3 Tablespoons melted butter. Bake in oven 6 to 8 minutes. Mix together 4 large eggs, 3/4 cup milk, 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 3/4 cup flour. Pour mixture in pan with apples. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees until brown.
