simple tasty dinner
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta without salt. Drain and combine with marinara, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 2 tablespoons other cheese of choice and remaining ingredients including raw turkey. Top with remaining cheeses. Bake 30 minutes in 8 inch glass dish. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 cups.
I have not tried this with meat substitute/ may need to reconstitute "Neat" crumbles if using.
