Mix 4 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the water. ..I use my kitchen aide and the dough hook. Gradually add more flour a little at a time. The recipe actually says 6 cups total but I never go over 5... it gets to stiff. . When I've added almost all the flour I turn it onto a floured surface and knead in the rest. Some days uses more than others. .. depends on the humidity I understand. Knead until it's a good dough consistency. I just turn it over and turn the bowl upside down on it and let it rise for 15 min. Then do whatever you want worth it. Perfect! ! Let me know how it turns out.
