Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven 400? Spray 8 inch baking dish. Cook sausage and onion until sausage is fully cooked. drain. Mix sausage, potatoes and cheese in baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl, using fork, until blended, pour into baking dish. Bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. NOTES : You can add a can of chopped chilies, pimentos, pecan pieces , ect. Really a good breakfast or brunch dish.
