1. Prepare pasta before you prepare sauce
2. Heat the oil and butter in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute 2-3 mins. Add the cherry tomatoes and saute 2-3 minutes. Add the green onions, herbs, salt and pepper. Constantly shaking the pan to mix everything together, saute the mixture until half the tomatoes have burst, 5-7 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat immediately and toss with the pasta. Top with freshly grated cheese
