Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 220C/200C Fan/ Gas 7
2. Line a baking tray with parchment/foil
3. Put a chicken breasts on a board and, using a sharp knife, carefully cut horizontally through the breast from the curved side almost all the way through to the other side and open like a book. Season with salt & pepper
4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cheese down the centre of split breast, then fold over to enclose the filling. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared tray and smear with the remaining cheese.
5. Cover the couscouse with boiling water and when absorbed mix in the turmeric and paprika. Divide the couscous mixture between each chicken breast and press down gently to ensure the couscous sticks.
6.Spray all over with the oil. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
7. Serve with jacket potato and veg
