In a 9x13 baking dish, arrange chicken breasts. Top each with about 1/4 c spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and mozarella cheese.
Bake at 400 for 15 min. or until chicken is hot and cheese is melted. probably more like 30 min.
Heat remaining sauce and serve with chicken and spaghetti.
