I love wraps!! They are easy, healthy and oh so quick. This one is made with ranch dressing and is very creamy. Pair it with some chips and a smoothie.
Lay a spinach wrap on a plate. Add lettuce, tomato, chicken, ranch dressing & mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper as needed. If desired, add bacon bits.
Pop it in the microwave for about 20-30 sec and then roll it up, cutting it in half diagonally. Add a side of Mesquite BBQ (Kettle) Chips and a homemade smoothie for the cafe experience.
