1. Heat pan on high heat
2. Cut Cubed Steak to serving sized pieces
3. Mix flour, salt and pepper together, coat steak and pan fry until golden brown
4. Put browned steak, cream of mushroom and tomato soup into crockpot and turn on high
5. Cook until sauce has thickened a steak starts to fall apart
This is bested when served over Mashed Potatoe's with buttered bread.
