Melt stick of butter in baking dish. Pour in 1 cup brown sugar. Do not stir add pineapple (drained) In bowl combine flour, sugar, milk. Pour mixture over pineapple.
You choose to add a small amount of pineapple juice to your batter for more flavor.
Cook in oven on 375(F) for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
