Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, and paprika in a shallow dish. Combine yogurt and mustard. Dip fish in yogurt mixture, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture; Spray 4-inch rack and place fish on rack. Cook on power level high for 3-4 minutes per side. The fish should be flakey and moist. Squeeze fresh lemon over fish.
If cooking from frozen, cook on power level high for 5-7 minutes per side.
