In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and marshmallow creme until smooth. Add small amounts of confectioner's sugar at a time, and blend into the creme mixture until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract and two tablespoons of milk until smooth. If you feel the mixture is not at the consistency you like to spread onto a cake, you may add additonal milk until your desired consistency is reached
