Cook pasta according to package
While pasta cooks, heat a large sauté pan on med-high for a minute, add the olive oil heat for a minute, add the garlic cook for 2 minutes.
Add wine cook for another 2 minutes
Add tomatoes bring to a bubble for 3 minutes add lemon zest.
Add kidney beans heat through.
Add shrimp, cook for a minute
At this point, you can wilt the spinach (or you can add uncooked spinach to the plate and let the sauce wilt the spinach).
Turn off the heat but leave the pan on the burner. Turn spinach and shrimp in the hot sauce until the shrimp have turned pink and opaque< 2- 3 minutes.
Heat plates in the microwave->
>Check pasta- drain pasta; add a bed of extra or spinach if you wish.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
