Boil macaroni until tender, then drain and rinse under cold water. Layer the macaroni and shredded cheese in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top before the last layer of cheese. Finally pour milk and egg mixture over the top. Bake covered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove cover for last 15 minutes.
