Quick marinara sauce. This will taste like you've been cooking it slowly for hours, but in less than an hour you can have a great tasting sauce. The secret is using seperate pans to get started and then combine them.
1. Use two skillets, larger one for onions and garlic.
2. Place about 4 Tbs Olive Oil in large skillet
3. Sautee onion & garlic slowly until onions are clear.
4. Open tomoates and remove core from each one and cut into pieces.
5. Pour tomatoes into second skillet with juice.
6. Cook broth 20-25 minutes, stirring often.
7. Pour tomatoes into skillet with onions and cook 20 minutes more.
8. Tear heads off parsley and add to sauce, cook until parsley is wilted.
9. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
