Test kitchen pasta sauce
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion, oregano, salt and cook till liquid has evaporated.
About 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Stir tomatoes in with sugar.
Increase heat till simmer. Lower heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened slightly. About 10 minutes.
Off heat, stir in basil and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Boil up noodles simultaneously.
