Suggest a better descriptionChop cabbage into medium size pieces. Spread in a 9x13" pan. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage. Heat tomato soup with water. Pour over all. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 F. Fluff with fork.
