Fry sausage and ground beef. Add celery, onion and garlic. Cook until done and drain. Add red beans and rinse out cans with 1/2 can of water and add (water equals to 1.5 cans). Add bay leaves, pepper, cumin and tobasco sauce. Cook on low for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
