Crustless savoury quiche, can add ingredients as wanted. Excellent for using up leftovers
1. Mix all egg custard ingredients together in a jug or quick shake.
2. Place chosen filling ingredients into a pie dish and mix up.
3. Pour the egg custard over the filling ingredients.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.

1 cup grated cheese
Ideas:
Viennas, Bacon or Ham - diced
Tin tuna, pineapple pieces
Tomato, onion - diced
Feta Cheese
Baby marrow sliced, Chorizo sliced
