This is a very good and very quick spinach side dish.
Wash and trim the fresh spinach.
You can use less bacon, it depends on your taste.
Cut bacon into small pieces.
Slice onion into strips.
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Cook bacon with the oinions.
When the bacon is done add the spinach to the skillet.
Stir the spinach around to make sure it all gets done and coated with bacon and onion.
When spinach has wilted to desired tenderness remove and serve.
