Tuna Casserole with rich butter cracker crust
Put 6 cups of water into medium saucepan and put on high heat till boiling. Pour shell noodles in and cook till soft or al dente depending on preference. At the same time mix the Tuna, Cream of Chicken and Cream of Celery into skillet and cook on low to medium heat for 8 minutes constantly stirring to prevent it from sticking to the skillet. If the tuna mixture boils then you have it too hot. After the noodles are done cooking, strain out the water then dump the noodles into the tuna mixture. In a separate small saucepan, heat the butter till it melts then turn off heat and take the saltines and smash them with your hands into the butter. Take the cracker mixture and sprinkle it over the top of the tuna/noodles to create a top crust. And voila you are ready to serve. Quick and easy but tasty.
If you want to take the recipe up a bit, you can add cooked celery to the mixture as this adds some crunch.
