Suggest a better description1) Wash quinoa in at least 5 changes cold water. Boil in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. In double boiler with quinoa in colander, steam for 10-15 minutes, covered. Cool.
2) Toss the rinsed beans with vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Add to quinoa, green pepper, cilantro, corn and jalepeno (optional).
3) Whisk together dressing and pour over quinoa mixture. Toss.
