1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pure until mixture forms a ball. You want the mix to for a 'dough'.
2. Add 1 TB of olive oil if dough looks too dry.
3. Roll dough into 1 TB size balls.
4. Set frying pan on med-high heat. Add olive oil and balls. Let brown on all sides.
