Combine all ingredients except bananas in food processor. Pulse until ingredients are finely chopped and stick together. Add mashed bananas and pulse again until well incorporated.
Add to baking sheet, press down firmly. Bake 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely before storing in airtight container.
