Boil pasta al dente (10-12 minutes), drain and set aside. Make the packet of ranch dressing using the soymilk and nonfat greek yogurt. Chop up all of your veggies as desired. In a large container, mix all of the ingredients with the pasta and ranch dressing. Chill & enjoy! If you would like to change up the consistency of the pasta salad, use red wine vinegar. (You can also add pepper & sea salt to taste.)
