Suggest a better description1 Dust rabbits with flour and season. Heat olive oil in casserole dish and brown rabbit on all sides. Set aside. Add onion and saute until soft.
2 Add the wine, stock, balsamic vinegar, sugar, rosemary and bay leaves; season. Bring rabbit to casserole and simmer on low for 30min
3 Add pears and prunes and simmer for further 30min. Remove rabbit pears and prunes and arrange on serving dish. Remove bay leaves and rosemary from casserole; whish the butter into the hot sauce and thicken. Spoon over the rabbit.
