Mix and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Spoon into 1-1/2 inch cookie mounds on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350°F oven.
Cooks Note: My nut mix is usually flax seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chopped hazelnuts
This batch I made today I used unsalted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & slivered almonds. I use crasins instead of raisins. I don't use the oil & I use parchment paper instead of greased cookie sheet.
