Suggest a better descriptionPlace lamb on a rack in a pan fat side up (line pan w foil to reduce cleanup). Put Pesto on lamb (all over it except bones) and let it marinate an hour or two at room temperature. Preheat oven to 450. Cook lamb at 450 for 25 minutes for medium rare. Transfer racks to carving board, stand them upright and let them rest about 10 minutes.
Carve between bones and serve right away.
