Suggest a better descriptionTrim fat off lamb. Brush with Marsala Wine. Remove leaves from rosemary stem. Place Pappy's, rosemary, garlic and olive oil in food processor. Smother garlic mixture all over rack. Store in refrigerator for an hour, at least. Grill on high for 35 minutes. Cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
