1. Thinly slice apple

3. Juice the lemon 4. Pull leaves of parsley off the stem and finely chop
5. Mix 2 tbsp of the lemon juice with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper 6. In a large bowl, toss the apples, radishes and parsley with the dressing. Serve.
