A twist on coleslaw.
Sprinkle cabbage with onion and sugar. In a small saucepan mix together the salt, dry mustard, celery seed, vinegar and peanut oil. Whisk dressing inredients together briskly. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Pour at once over the cabbage. Mix thoroughly. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving. Keeps well for as long as 5 days. Makes 4-6 servings.
Note: More sugar may be sprinkled over cabbage if a sweeter slaw is desired.
