Step 1
Combine walnuts, dates, coconut oil and salt in a food processor. Blend until it looks similar to a couscous and they come together. Press it in each individual tins and place in the refrigerator while making the filling.
Step 2
Mash the berries(I just pulsed mine 5 times in a food processor). In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cardamon, agave and mashed berries until well incorporated. Pour the batter in the chilled crust and place in the freezer for 30-45 minutes, any longer and it will turn out to be a popsicle. You want it to be firm enough to have the consistency of a mousse.
Step 3
Top with berries.
