Fun for kids
For Red Layers: Bring 2 c water to boil in saucepan. Add cherry gelatin and 1 packate unflavored; stir until dissolved. Remove from stove
For Pink Layer: Transfer 2/3 c red mix into a bowl and whisk in yogurt.
For White: pour grape juice into a bowl. Sprink remaining unflavored gelatin and let stand 5 minutes. Microwave on high 1 minute, until gelatin has dissolved.
Pour 2/3 c red mix into 8 in square pan. REfrigerate until set, about 15 min. Top with half of pink and white mix, chilling 15 minutes after each layer. Repeast with remaining gelatin, ending with red. Chill until set, about 2 hours or overnight.
Dip botton of pan into hot water to loosen. Invert onto cutting board and slice into 1 1/2 in cubes.
