Soft and chewy.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat butter, brown sugar, white sugar, milk, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Add to butter mixture and mix well.
Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and remove from cookie sheets.
Cool on wire racks.
Makes 36 cookies.
