Saute' together 1st three ingredients(without the packet of seasoning) until almonds are light brown. Remove from heat. Let cool.
Add Coleslaw and green onions.
Dressing:
Mix together last 3 ingredients & seasoning from package from Raman Noodles.
Toss with salad just before serving.
