Combine random stuff to make college food.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Dry rub the chicken breast with Dash's dry rub or any mix of herbs and spices. Salt and pepper probably. Coat the chicken breast in oil. Put the chicken on a lightly oiled baking dish and cover the baking dish with foil. Put the chicken in the oven for 20-30 minutes, utilizing a meat thermometer to check int temp of 160f. Once done take out to let cool.
While waiting for chicken, boil water in a pot, enough for ramen. Once water is boiled, put the ramen all in, don't let it sit in water for long. One minute to 2 minutes is fine. Drain the water after its done and put a skillet on the stove on high. Use a medium amount of oil and put the ramen in the hot skillet. Constantly stir it and break it up into smaller pieces. Add oil if necessary. Should be a bit hard if done right. Take off heat and set aside in a plate.
Bake Italian sausages in oven at 400f for 20-25 minutes.
Cut up chicken breast and sausages into very small pieces.
Put the rice into the skillet.
