mix all dressing ingredients together, set aside. roast seeds and almonds on cookie sheet in broiler until lightly browned, let cool. shred cabbage, celery, and green onions and put in a large bowl. crumble dry ramen noodles over top and toss together. stir in dressing and seeds and almonds. may add cooked diced chicken.
